Indoor tabling/sampling event. 8ft table provided, power included. Free samples only (no POS).

Power warning: Moccamaster + electric kettle on the same circuit will trip breakers. Request access to multiple outlets or run equipment on separate circuits.

Staffing Notes

  • Minimum 3 people at the table who can stay through teardown
  • Runners (e.g. for half-and-half resupply) are helpful but don't count toward table staff

Year Menu Notes
2026 Drip, V60, Meadow Tea ~200 visitors. Drip most popular. V60 impressed judges. Meadow tea inconclusive (power issues killed kettle). Cups barely lasted. Flyers had to be pushed — business cards grabbed instead. Were last to leave; need teardown SOP. Power tripped multiple times (kettle + Moccamaster). Cheryl & Kathy helped as runners but left before dark.
