Complete near the end of the morning shift, before the next crew arrives.

Trash

• Bathroom, behind bar, exits
• Recycling
• Replace bags

Restock

• Pastries (update SpotOn inventory if needed)
• Tea, coffee
• Syrups, milks
• Cups, lids, sleeves, straws

Floor & Dishes

• Bus tables, wipe down as needed
• Dirty dishes in bin
• Empty dish rack
• Wash dishes in sink

Bathroom

• Restock toilet paper, soap, paper towels
• General check: clean and presentable

Temp Check

• Check and log fridge temperatures
